In Which The Love Triangle Begins

Scorpius glared at Antanasia after her last jibe, "Are you trying to say something, Vladescu?"

She looked at him in mock surprise, "Of course not, Malfoy! I'm just saying...A real man would take me up on my offer."

He grabbed the flask from her, raised it to his lips, and knocked it back in one gulp. She stared at him, shocked he actually did it, "Wow..."

Scorpius handed the flask back to her, trying to ignore the taste of blood in his mouth, "Thanks for the blood, Anta." He tried not to think about what he had just done. The blood tasted awfully real to be synthetic. "You sure it was synthetic?"

Antanasia rolled her eyes, "Of course it is, everyone knows you put a penny in warmed up synthetic to make it taste like blood. Jeez, Scorp." She was impressed by his stunt, and pecked his cheek. "You'd make a good vampire, with those drinking skills," she teased.

Vasili was actually a little impressed that he actually did it. 'Hmm not bad.' he thought

Vasili eventually packed up his stuff and headed out to the lake, figuring it would be peaceful there and everything and just needed to kick back and relax til tomorrow.

Scorpius smiled once Milkovich left, "And you boyfriend seemed impressed by it," he joked.

Antanasia pouted, "Not my boyfriend."

"Aw, cheer up, Negative Nellie," Scorpius hugged her. "Would you feel better if we went back to the Common Room to get more blood? We both have free periods..."

Vasili finally reached the lake and laid down, enjoying the calm around the area. It was nice to be able to just get away, one reason he liked the 6th year, nothing really to do and it was nice.

"Fine," Antanasia got up, and walked back to the Slytherin Common room with Scorpius. "Don't think you're getting any either," she smiled.

"But why not?" he pouted. "After I drank that blood?"

She smiled, "Hey, I never promised anything, I just wanted to see you drink blood." This resulted in a death glare from Scorpius. "C'mon, Scorp, it was pretty funny."

Vasili sighed softly, and began to drift to sleep in the warmth of the sun. He always had enjoyed the outdoors, and this was the best way for him to relax he figured.

He drifted off to sleep and dreamed of Anta.

Scorpius frowned, "Yeah, right, funny for who?"

"Me, silly goose," Antanasia stuck her tongue out at him as she went up to her dorm and got some blood out of her trunk, skipping back down the stairs. It was always funny to watch humans drink blood.

Vasili dreamed and slept peacefully in the sun until late. He eventually woke up and headed to the Great hall hoping he hadn't missed dinner.

'Ugh, weird dream, why why do i keep focusing on her?' he thought shaking his head.

Antanasia wrote her Potions essay due Monday, while Scorpius watched her write. It was interesting to him to watch her write, it was like you could see her brain working because of her facial expressions. Eventually, she stopped writing and rolled up the parchment. "What time is it?"

"Roughly eight o'clock," he smiled as she tried to smooth down her hair, messy from her writing fest. "We should go down to the Great Hall."

"Alright," she smiled as they walked out of the common room to the Great Hall.

Vasili groggily finally got to the Great hall and began to eat. The dream had made him hungry and basically werewolf hunger.

He noticed the lovers enter the Great Hall again, probably having done stuff that they needed to do when they have gotten done for class, or so he hoped.

Vasill kept checking time knowing that he had a meeting planned with the team in the Common Room tonight before the Quidditch Match the next day, figured he should give a bit of a pep talk before and all that Jazz.

Scorpius smiled when Milkovich entered the Great Hall, and decided to screw with him, "Hey, Antanasia, thanks for such a wonderful afternoon!" He kissed her cheek, knowing he was pising off the Gryffindork.

Antanasia knew what he was doing and rolled her eyes, "Really, Scorp? You have to be so loud about it?" She played along somewhat, disdain and disapproval oozing from her voice.

Vasili chuckled, and yelled to one of his buddies who had conviently said something sarcasticly. "You know what's a great thing about being a Werewolf Randy? It's the fact that you can tell when someone is speaking in not a true manner." he said with a smile that basically said 'The ball is in your court now.'

Scorpius frowned at Milkovich, then turned back to Antanasia, "You know what's great about being a human? Not turning into an evil killing beast every month."

Antanasia glared at him, tempted to dump her goblet of blood over his pretty blonde head.

Vasili guess that Slughorn's word had not spread to the Slytherin house, that or he just decided not to tell him on that comment. 'Oh, you'll see just how evil I can be tomorrow Scorpius.' he thought looking at his watch and motioning to the Quidditch team and they all got up and headed out to the Common Room.

Vasili just smiled as he passed the Slytherin table and 'accidently' bumped Scorpius on his way out.

Scorpius fell face first onto the table from the force of Milkovich's bump, but he decided to wait until tomorrow at the big match. Antanasia breathed deeply, not wanting to get involved, knowing some freaky male pissing contest will happen at the Quidditch match.

Vasili smiled, it wasn't even that big of a bump on him really. 'Let's see what you have bub.' is all he thought on his way out.

Vasili lead the Gryfindor team to the Common room and began the meeting and discussed a bit of strategy for the match tomorrow.

Antanasia got up, "I'm going to bed, I'm really tired."

"Um, Anta? You don't sleep," Scorpius pointed out as they began to walk to the Slytherin Common Room.

"I need mental rest, Scorp," she explained, wanting to just curl up in bed with a trashy romance novel and bloodmuffins. "I'll be sure to see you tomorrow before the match."

"Alright," he shrugged as he kissed her cheek, "Want me to stay with you? I know you're lonely without Sunay."

Vasili dismissed his team after about an hour meeting. "I want you all to rest tonight, it's gonna be a long match, you know they are coming for us after thumping them in the last round quite well." he said with a smile

Vasili looked out the window, sort of glad that the moon wasn't near a full moon, but now a new moon. It wasn't like he got weaker with a new moon or anything he just liked the dark himself really.

Scorpius sat on the bed as Antanasia sat on her usual window seat, "Um, coming to bed soon, dear?"

"Not yet, go to sleep, you have a match tomorrow," she said as she read, knowing what Scorpius wanted.

"Alright," he pouted as he closed his eyes, and was asleep within ten minutes. Antanasia smiled, and continued to read till one in the morning, then slipped into bed, snuggling up to him as she drifted to sleep.

Vasili woke up early and woke up the rest of the team and headed down to the Great hall before everyone else. It was bad enough trying to get out of the Dorm room with the whole House was cheering for a Victory, but the Great Hall with Two major houses cheering was even worse.

"Let's go boys, breakfast and then to the field." he said as they headed off to the Great Hall.

Scorpius woke up at around eight, with Antanasia in his arms, watching him. "Good morning, sleeping hottie," she teased as she kissed him. He kissed back, then got up, "I gotta get ready, Anta."

She pouted, not wanting him to go, but knowing he had to. "Love you, Scorp."

"Love you, too, Anta," he kissed her again, then left to go get the team ready. Antanasia stayed in her room, getting dressed in a dark green dress and a black cloak, glancing over sadly at Sunay's vacant bed.

Vasili and his team ate quickly and headed to the Quidditch Locker rooms to get prepared. By now most everyone else will probably have just gotten up at the castle, and wondered where the rest of the team was.

"Alright guys, you all know what needs to be done, just play hard, and play your best, that's all I expect out of each and every one of you. We've got about an hour, so get yourselves ready, run up or warm up on the brooms, whatever you need." he said as he finished up and went around to each of his team mates giving them a pat on the shoulder.

Antanasia decided to skip out on going to the Great Hall. Scorp was probably already in the locker room, and Sunay was still sick. Instead, she walked out to the lake, marveling at how breathtaking it was.

Scorpius rounded up his team in the locker room, then gave them a pep talk, trying to get his mind off Antanasia. He pulled Franklin aside, and whispered conspiratorily, "Dude, you're a beater. Go after their best Chaser. Milkovich."

Franklin nodded, knowing what Scorpius was getting at.

Vasili checked his watch, and told his team that it was team it was time to head out and start the Victory lap he lead his team from the back, he was always the last on the field and the last one off the field.

"GRYFINDOR!!" the Grfdindor team yelled as they exploded out of the tunnel on their brooms to the Quidditch Pitch. Vasili chuckled at this tradition that they had created as he stood in the tunnel.

The Slytherins came out of their tunnel more reservedly, not seeing the point of all the fuss and bother. They knew they were going to own Gryffindork ass.

Antanasia watched from the stands, looking for Scorpius, and smiled when she found him.
